Hi guys - do you know which site offers the best rake back deal?

I currently play 30 hours a week roughly and get 50% of my rake back and so wondered if you know anywhere that offers better than this?

My rake back is paid irrespective of how much I play as well, so its fixed which is great as there is no pressure to hit targets etc
